Accessibility
We want you to be able to attend JSConf México 2026 without obstacles. Here is what we know today about the accessibility of the venue and of this site. Anything we have not verified yet is labelled as such, and we update this page as we confirm it.
Venue access
The event is on 29–30 October 2026 at Jardín Americana, Guadalajara. We are confirming with Jardín Americana what arrival and entry are like for someone using a wheelchair or another mobility aid: entrances, ramps and level changes. We will publish the details here as soon as they are verified.
If you need to know before buying a ticket, write to us and we will share whatever we have confirmed by then.
Restrooms
We are confirming with Jardín Americana whether the venue has accessible restrooms and how to reach them. We would rather tell you it is pending than give you an answer we have not verified.
Seating and sightlines
We are confirming with Jardín Americana which spaces are available for accessible seating and which spots have clear sightlines in the talk areas. If you need a reserved spot, write to us before the event and we will arrange it with you.
Support contact
For any accessibility request — a reserved spot, bringing a companion, dietary requirements or any other adjustment — write to info@jsconf.mx. The earlier you tell us, the better our chances of sorting it out. It is the same address we use for everything else about the event.
This website
We keep working on the accessibility of the site. What changed in this release:
- every page declares its language (Spanish or English) in the HTML;
- when navigating with a keyboard, the first element is a “Skip to content” link;
- the mobile menu button has a complete label in Spanish and English;
- decorative images are no longer announced by screen readers;
- speaker names no longer break in the middle of a word.
We do not claim conformance with WCAG or any other standard. If you hit a barrier on this site, tell us and we will fix it.
